Job Description

What you’ll be doing

You will be working in a dynamic and fast paced established commercial, operational and contracts team. Your main responsibility will be for the development of Technical Services Planned Teams organisational plans, complaints management, performance management including KPI’s and customer satisfaction ensuring these are accurately developed and implemented to meet the organisation’s strategic and operational objectives.

You will also be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of WDH’s Planned Team’s Strategic Plans and all reports and reporting tools related to that and the wider remit of the Technical Services Planned Team.

What we’re looking for

To join our department, we’re looking for someone with:

  • a qualification at Level 4 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework;
  • experience of working with a computerised management system including but not limited to Microsoft and electronic procurement systems;
  • experience of working with and managing complex data sets;
  • must be an accomplished communicator, and motivator; and
  • ability to undertake any travel in connection with the post as required by the business.
