Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, are seeking a hardworking, consistent and meticulous HR Data Administrator to be responsible for the provision of an effective data processing and administration service within the HR Services Team.

Main Responsibilities

As a HR Data Administrator, you will need to be able to work accurately and follow complex instructions laid down in the training manuals and guides, and input and maintain data into our systems in both an accurate and timely manner. Experience of data entry would be a bonus but is not essential as we will train you, but your attention to detail is a must.

Your day will be made up of providing HR, Talent & Learning and Payroll administration support; including:

  • Accurately processing staff changes in our HR Information System (iTrent)
  • Producing letters/forms
  • Creating and running reports
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Running mail merges

There will be some liaison with internal and external client groups by telephone and email, assisting in obtaining employee data and collating management information. You will also assist in the maintenance of a number of HR email inboxes.

Ideal Candidate

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career. The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

Essential:

  • Task oriented with the ability to accurately follow set processes and deal with a high volume of work.
  • Have the ability to manage your workload independently, but also stick to timescales set by the team.
  • Have effective PC skills; especially Microsoft Excel.

Desirable:

  • Experience of data entry on a complex/bespoke database system (such as iTrent) would be advantageous. Full training will be provided.
  • Experience of administration within a compliance delivery environment.
