We are currently recruiting for Senior Project Managers to join our innovative team! You don’t need to come from an insurance background, but if you have demonstrable project management experience in digital transformation, agile delivery, integration and/or data migration projects, business change/readiness or regulatory change, we would love to hear from you!
This role could be ideal for you, if you have experience of working through the early lifecycle of projects including the selection of a vendor through an RFP process. In addition to strong communication and collaboration skills among project stakeholders, clarifying outcomes/benefits and translating these into deliverables.
A bit about the job:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will deliver projects that support Aviva’s strategy through successful embedding of change and continuously improve our customer experience. Along with developing high level and detailed delivery plans, identify and manage dependencies/ risks and provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
Minimising risk by identifying delivery and operational risks and develop mitigating strategies, along with leading large internal and external teams and third-party suppliers in a matrix environment, will be required in the role. The role will also include influencing and challenging stakeholders up to C-suite. You will own a budget (up to £5million) and will be responsible for accurate forecasting and monitoring of this.
